Why use siege? Why bother stacking? Heck, let’s all just go 1v1 and make it really fair and not use food either… Wait, this isn’t PvP? Learn to play WvW and deal with it. Siege is part of the game. If you can’t counter siege you’re doing it wrong.

Allow me to bring forth in this case a serious matter…

Evidence A: Siege build sites, intended purpose the clandestine operation of using weaponry at the disposal of any individual given he has enough personnel around to construct said objective.

Case for evidence A: My client HP necromancer was merely but a pawn in the orchestrated events that took place at such place and time, given the amount of information as stated, it is unclear thus whether he violated the siege build sites or he was killed and thus he was violated by said siege sites.

Proposition for argument in case: If my client violated the siege sites, under clause 334b and ruling 45 an individual is and has the utmost right to defend his teammates and fellow guildsmen from such weaponry in any given time and place in any given scenario, such individual is not deemed a hater for destroying said site, if it is the purpose as intended by the rulings of the game itself. It is a privilege bestowed upon any righteous citizen of any server to destroy siege given the opportunity.

Now if you mean he was killed and violated by said siege, then that is the intended nature of such weaponry, it isn’t illogical to be killed by said siege at any given point, no player is immune to said circumstances and thus my client has lost nothing from the event rather he was but doing his duty at the time, he was doing his intended job and purpose as a Ferguson’s Crossing Necromancer in the midst of a server v server war. To say anything else doesn’t really matter as he was but simply caught in the middle of the crossfire, it is all fair game in these circumstances.

Case point B: Angry , Exact revenge, kill , zerg dive. My word young lad I had far hoped this would have been an escalation of intrigue of some sort. Was expecting a rendezvous of some sort, a party invite or a whisper and the rage spewing from the keyboard over the interwebs to have been death threats and blackmail, or even insults to your self. Although you’re only telling me he was angry because he zergdived without regrets to the outcome whether he was outnumbered or not.

My boy you must understand most of my clients in FC don’t categorize as the normal pug or zergling, some are dedicated roamers and pvpers who at times won’t value their life to take that of others. Saying he simply targeted you is giving the notion he singled you out of the whole group, unless you happened to be alone in which case it would make sense.

Maybe the reason you were a target was due to several factors : Did most damage in group, operator of said siege, had a commander tag on yourself. Common reasons why people are singled out of a zerg or group are the ones I have listed, other then that I wouldn’t know why, in fact anyone could have been fair game , and thus unless you were an uplvl and easier to kill. You see young lad in a fight you must be of importance to be taken notice of, either a dangerous opponent or a very easy target for which to lessen the numbers, I think you brought on the misconception that you were of valuable importance for assassination, if you didn’t meet any of the requirements as aforementioned, I’m sorry my boy , but you are delusional.

In closing statement I would like to say you haven’t proven anything aside the fact of a mere zerg fight , and a person zergdiving isn’t that grandeur, also this wasn’t a 1v1 encounter for him to hold a grudge on you, unless you would have jumped on his body or done some sort of griefing yourself.

In all my reports will conclude here, there seems to be a RP playerbase in the server called Tarnished Coast , in Divinity’s Reach you will find your RP needs, gl my friend, there you can discover all the cases you want.

Im just in it for the fights, gotten some good ones this week so im happy no matter where we finish, but I don’t have any illusions while our communication (when im on at least) has gotten better, and upgrades and siege placement has gotten a LOT better we are in striking distance because FC is focusing DH.

If we get some more people to join us I think we can surprise some folks but that time isn’t yet.

Lmfao dude you are not a detective seriously go to DR in TC to RP if you feel the need, now for my English and language I was satirizing the fact you are doing this effort to make it seem like you somehow killed a necro by yourself to cause so much hate on the other person to come after you, you said the words siege, and you said zerg diving, therefore the siege and the zerg you were with had more to do with the death of the necro than you yourself. I’m sorry but it is you who is delusional and furthermore unless you can prove that you yourself are a zerg and you were manning the siege, then yeah your point could hold truth , but then that would have been a 1v1, case in point, you proved your argument invalid the second you wrote down the mentioned words. Key words : Zergdiving, violated by siege, so therefore you were but a pug in a zerg fight, case closed.

Again the truth could be he did target you as the main target, but then again point proven from before, your siege and the zerg killed the necro, in fact idk why you would feel the need to be a special snowflake in the middle of a zerg to be so important to target, and from fact, anyone in a zerg is a fair target, means the person next to you, behind you , in front of you etc could have been a target, in life there are coincidences deal with them. Unless you give me proof of him raging at you in party chat, or in whisper, or you emoting him, or something to give him a reason to target you then I would believe it, but it would also clarify for you the cause of said rage.

• I drop siege on Necro , There we go was that so hard to get out of you? and you are a thief lol of course spam that D/P or D/D if you got the skill to play S/D. Anyways he was only coming after you for the fact you trolled him earlier, nothing more, and saying that he zergdived to kill you is well his choice, heck im a Mesmer id go for you either way and outrun the zerg just as well. Necros on the other hand lack stealth and are sometimes are prone to be grounded in one spot for most of the fights.

As for a thief you can just spam stealth and run around until you can reset and return to the fight, he doesn’t even main necro which is the fun part. Anyways as a detective idk what you were trying to point out but there was never any case to be proven here other then the fact you could have just said: Hey guys I dropped siege on someone, they came back to kill me and my zerg killed them Ha! GG HP necro.. but no you almost made this more complicated then it had to be.

As for thief I am going with thief for your class, you could be an ele or something, idk, but my safest bet is a thief, so the primary part wasn’t that you were good , just the fact that you trolled someone, which is pretty common in game, so I guess it happens to alot of people, I personally avoid childish actions, and instead only laugh when I have 2+ wipe to me or run from me, only to bring their whole server for me when they get the chance.

Well I don’t really laugh at people who wipe in mass to me, just when i have a small zerg chasing me, only for me to outrun them and whoever is still trying to get a piece of me, if its atleast 3 Ill turn around and take them head on, I will laugh when one of them runs away, although I do feel bad if their fallen comrades take it as a sign to get angry with.

Never forget fort bravost FC. After wiping DH out of eternal tonight FC thought they would come zerg us out as well. After an epic 2 hour or more defense at bravost they retreated. Nice try FC wall at bravo was a sliver many times.

Good fight from those guards in Yarr, never seen a guardian burst like that. Sorry to the Charr Warrior from FC, I’m using a wireless keyboard and it loses connection from time to time.
