Is the score ever really different besides numbers? JQ is in the lead, likely going to win again because they’ve got the coverage. SoR is about 4k points ahead of BG and BG is about 4k points behind SoR.

Not much is going to really change, besides the gaps getting bigger and occasionally BG will pull 48 hour shifts.

SoR for obvious reason. We are so outnumbered, even kind NA players stay overnight/skip work to help our SEA crews.

Numbers don’t always mean everything. We just beat off the big BG zerg on BG BL when they tried to take our tower with like 2x our numbers while out manned. They couldn’t move us for half an hour.

Getting 2v1 in SoR BL pushing back to servers enough said keep coming at BG and SoR. I’m loving it.

I think what he/she meant was, in general, number does matter. Maybe a small group of ppl could win all fights against big zergs, but only when the big zerg has no cmd to lead or it’s completely disorganized. In this tier, I don’t believe any big zerg would be quoted as " Disorganized". I do agree small group of ppl could win large numbers of enemies, if they are well-trained. But in general, WvW is not one fight. It’s a whole week of thousands of fights within each 24hrs. If a server wants to win, population is the key factor. Ppl can be trained to become better, but population?

ET is a prime example of this. Medium pop server went to T1 multiple times fighting against very high/full servers. They also stomped T2 with a heavy NA presence with a very light oceanic/sea and no euro.

He is actually right, though SFR had a low PvE population which gave it it’s medium status it has an incredibly high WvW population with queues on all four borderlands similar to their competitiors who were on very high status.

One thing I’ve noticed the past several weeks from any of the SF posters is they always try to impress T1 with their skillz and beg for respect. But everyone in Tier 1, friend and foe knows FOO > SF by 100 fold on JQ, both in terms of coverage, skills.

SEA/Oceanic isnt just carried by Foo. Its also carried by numerous other guilds including aos,tkg,dc,prx,etc…

It is fun, but burns you out, we are glad to welcome the new transfers to BG going to make SEA timezone a lot more fun and engaging!

Hopefully once everything / everyone settles in, you’ll see BG on the offensive during SEA instead of permanent defence.

I must say, Wm isnt so WMish. Maybe they are not used to T1.

WM are as they have always been, small dedicated guild, with a large pug following. They are really good imo.

People have this view of past T1 match ups as if they were the same as current T1 matchups, this is the flaw.

WM seemed huge back in the day because you wouldn’t queue maps with the same amount of people you do now, remember they increased the map caps, not decreased.

Also back in the SoS v SBI v JQ match, it would be FoO vs WM vs MERC, there was no insane amount of pugs or “chinese / korean Alliance” so it was a much smaller affair. Back then the “Zergs” were a lot different and yes, WM fielded a lot more people than everyone else did, but back then everyone fielded less.

I watched them do the “double arrow” quite effectively on reset night, unfortunately the “2v1” was quite intense and having paper garri doesn’t favour the defender. WM hasn’t even fully finished transferring so I would wait till next week before you judge them.

Sad night in JQBL. TW took JQ garrison and let both BG and JQ take all the walls down and neither one of your force’s attempted to take it. We wanted to do some farming tonight
