We had 2 german Drakkar spies in our Garrison, reporting the movement and siege placement of my guild to Drakkar Lake (we are from EG). We lost garrison because you guys had to resort to this kind of unfair gameplay, so we no longer have an interest into playing against you.

We enjoy fair competitive play, not childish behaviour. Your zerg was big enough to win fairly, yet you had to resort to this kind of nonsense.

It looks like Drakkar Lake might be little bit better than RoS, it will be though match-up.

they were not attacking or responding to commands just following and being a pain.

Last time i saw a guild xXx playing on RoF in the Matchup with Drakkar and Dzagonur.
But in that Matchup they were fighting against Drakkar. But perhaps it’s another guild with same tag. I moved to another server since than but i don’t think that these are players of Drakkar.

DS is a more community based Server, we are the german RP-Server. We have WvW-Guilds, but the mass in Teamspeak is from random Guilds and at the moment we have millions of pointchaser, too (before the starting of Season 1 we had sometimes full maps, the last 3 weeks we had mostly full maps). This evening I was for over 3 h in the hold
So, you and I we have to play with it. Thats it.

- we are on Dzagonur
- we play AGAINST Drakkar every time it’s possible :P

Looks like it will be fun to watch 2 strong servers duke it out and we might even be able to sneak the odd tower/keep or even sm cap in the mean time.

- we are on Dzagonur
- we play AGAINST Drakkar every time it’s possible :P

ah sry, thought xXx was a guild on RoF. I got old i think

So i put it right:

Ros can come back & win although we might need to start employing the same tactic’s. Form a couple of giant zergs so we can combat the giant zergs running around the maps otherwise it might be a case of running around in circle’s trying to recapture everything. Guild vs guild only works if all sides are doing the same.
Spies in garrison’s or stonemist? how unusual…..isn’t it why sides do sweeps for mesmers & thieves?

Really nice fights out there, finally the match everyone was waiting for. Expected Pushs from Drakkar, lets see how it goes on :o).

Going to be a real challenge if three strong sides play one another – as an example ros,drakkar, blacktide. So far all matches have had two strong servers vs one weak server.

Only matchups with 3 nearly even opponents will be first and last week – DL RoF Dzag
RoS has the advantage that all the guilds moved there in the last week so they stayed 4th place before league and so they don’t have to face two strong servers in one matchup. but i would like to see how they managed a matchup RoS-RoF-Dzag.

RoS would much prefer two strong servers to one strong and one weak. Drakkar Lake have 30+ blob overnight outside of their timezone and they only have one server to go against.

First side we have come up against in recent weeks if not month’s that have what look’s like 24/7 strong coverage. Mind you the shoe was on the other foot in the last three match ups.

Think we finished with about a 150k point lead over rof last week and about 100k point win over DZ. Not going to be case against drakkar.

jeeezus stop whining about blobs. Focus on fights because those promises that RoS will win Bronze League were fake right now.
Even mass transfers did not help RoS as it seems.

There were promises ros would win the bronze league? guess I missed that lol. On a personal basis whether we win or not is of no concern.

My analysis last weak about your Server made me panik. You had much more coordinated activities. But I forgot, that these does not work against servers with players in the hold over all 4 maps. A run on Stonemist Castle and DS homeland Garrison at the same time does not change anything for us. Full map is full map, no one has to decide for a target to defend.

We had 3 TS-Groups on WSR yesterday: The Community (20 up to 35 players) leaded by the Guild Dare, ODZ (with 50% in the hold → yes a big WvW-Guild), GH + friends, and ~10-15 randoms (no one knows where they were and what they have done).
You did not run against one Blobb, you run against 3 seperate groups fighting the big fights together, but running and attacking the smaller targets mostly seperate. That was our taktik for that evening and you are writing nothing else than “our taktiks worked”

The Point is, that we were 3. Liga until the start of the archivment-points. WvW is much about ‘Mass of Players’ and now we have the mass we never had before. Until the season start I never was in the hold of Drakkar over all 4 maps. Yesterday I was in the hold for more than 3 houres

you guys are not better then us by a mile i was on wsr border to yesterday till 23:30 and we were ahead the whole time we defended bay with 15 people against 60 we were ahead in overal points to you guys pulled ahead at night now cuz you guys just all stayed up playing all night long we were better at prime time while you had all youre borders filled that says enough for me youre just bad blobbers youl win this by simple numbers if you can keep this up all week not cuz youre better cuz youre most deffinatly are not better

Who cares who is better; lets face it ros needs to blob if we want to counter drakkar; use the same tactic’s and we might get somewhere. Do what the enemy does.

Wow there what the hell happened? I really thought RoS could beat the drakkar people easily. Did you get outblobbed?

Big time; they just took our garrison on surmia map maybe 10 vs 70. The drakkar blob is gigantic. Either they have two large blobs or they are going from map to map each time we try to capture or defend.
Last time I played against drakkar competing was no problem, not this time.

Yesterday we were 26 men Zerg. The other Zerg had a strength of 14 and 7 plus Randoms.

We’re all enjoying a glass of Surmian Whine. That bit about the spies and how it’s all not fair is a particularly good vintage.

The Blob vintage is also quite good, but we were expecting that from Drakkar, after all, RoF played them a few times recently.

It’s been hilarious this morning; “drakkar are no good in the open field, they suck” (one comment read) – drakkar proceeds to steam roll us while trying to take Quentin after almost taking the keep.

As for whinging about blobs; my point is if we want to combat the blob, we need to wake up and form one too.

Funny how guilds returning to servers or new people joining from other servers is considered bandwagoning – so in other words no server should be allowed to recruit to try and make themselves more competitive? If had not been for the guilds returning etc the last 3 matches would have had a much different outcome. Of course this does not guarantee ros will win all matches let alone the league.

Thought the battles with rof last week were awesome and was quite surprised at the scoreline at the end of the match. Same with the match against Dz the previous week as both sides had it over us in previous match up’s.

u say build it but i don’t think anyone from ROS actually pay irl money or anything like cheating to get these guilds , they came on their own decision so please stop this crap about bandwagone its insulting

Yeah, if any drakkar group size is equal to any RoS guild group, drakkars die. So they simply blob in amounts because they can. TaG by itself can fill all slots of one map, lol.

And RoS, making it nonsense, we have those pug players who prefer upscaled gameplay to voice communication. Down about four drakkars in strike so ten pugs could rally them. Great spirit on this side.

This is just the DL general population really caring about wvw. 30 man night crew? Not typical. We had a long losing streak before leagues, suddenly there are achievements, our maps are full, and we are winning every match. But RoS is coming and they are also winning every match, and are reportedly just better. People were concerned. So this happened.

Match isn’t over yet, but I don’t think RoS can bring the kinds of numbers DL can. And it is about numbers.

We might have same numbers, but I hate blobing so I am not doing it if I have any other option of playstile in WvW. I am not gonna say that I never blob, because EB is blobing only and I want to take SM too.

I just dont see any enjoyment in blobing with 70 people and just spaming 1 and hope that I hit somebody before he dies so I get some loot.

I think there is just different mentality in our servers. One is mindless blob behind blue dot and other want smallscale skillfull fights.

And yea match is over … cg for 1. spot in league.

Im from surmia and im happy that we are a second bronze league force.
Drakkar Lake has silver league mentality and i hope they go there ASAP :P
