I only brought it up because you said EB never goes open field unless they have a map queue behind him, something I found funny because I have only ever seen Ark zerg themselves. Interestingly enough I actually saw an Ark roaming duo shortly after my first post. I chuckled when I realised they were both running perplexity engi cheese.

There was no GH raid last night. The only raid which was happening is a karma train group which is all PuGs. If you heard that, it wasn’t GH. Also, if you had to resort to stream-sniping to figure out where a large karma train is, then I suggest you learn to watch maps better. Such actions are only showing your own flaws (especially since a majority of the streamers from Ehmry run with a delay.

There’s no need to use streams to find your k train when you put up orange swords with 50 guys on the doors of all the keeps on a borderlands lol. Don’t flatter yourselves and think people would have any reason to watch a stream of a karma train live.

Overall, I am just very unimpressed with the PvF from Mags. Its the same old tripe over and over “X guild hides behind Arrow Carts” “X guild hides in towers” “X guild hugs towers”. “Why would X guild ever fight in the open?”. Can we get some fresh stuff? this forum is even more boring than when we fought BP and AR for 18 weeks. At least then they had Kalkz calling us virgins.

The few times I have ventured into ruins I have almost always been outnumbered or on even numbers with Ehmry. The very first time I ventured into ruins you guys were zerging it. I can tell you the reason I don’t enjoy fighting in the ruins is because I always end up fighting some cheesy, annoying thief that will just run away when they get low. Or it’ll be a few coordinated people who just stun you to death and there’s nothing I can do since I end up with pubbies most of the time. Zero rewards for cap points and people that will just outrun me even if I have the potential to beat them? No thanks. I don’t find venturing out into ruins with my mediocre skills to be very fun with no reward.

Same thing is happening here some nights. To us a 15+ man group is a zerg. There doesn’t seem to be many people interested in running 15 man hammer trains on EBay from what I can see. My suggestion would be to move to T1 where you will find a lot of guilds that run that meta but with the upcoming league system you are kind of kittened no matter what you do.

You cannot be serious with the T1 comment.

Edit: there’s also a LOT of misunderstanding around what a hammertrain actually is. The presence of hammer wars doesn’t mean you’re running a hammertrain. Agg runs a hammertrain because they are very frontline heavy.

The only time we’ve ever seen you is when you are running an AoE blast targeted driver train.

We understand this, but would it kill some of them to come out from their arrow carts and fight every once in awhile? We don’t care if we wipe, we just care that it’s not in a gigantic chokepoint on hills keep or under 5 superior arrow carts

Nah, there are some groups that are good on Maguuma, there are groups good on Ehmry Bay, and I am sure there may be groups still decent on Kaineng (although its been a ghost town over there….), its just that Mags doesn’t pull enough PPT to break the spread and move up, Ehmry doesn’t drop enough PPT to drop. Its that ratings evolution crap which is screwing everything up. I have no doubt that both servers would dominate and be incredible in the lower league but neither has the coverage for the upper league and we will both be stomped in a way which will cause the few remaining fair-weathers to abandon WvW at unheard of rates.

See guys, this is what we need more of, positive solutions that work well for both parties without any negative aspects at all. Plus we could fight each other in team chat instead of the forums about siege use and whatsuch. Much more personal and fun in my opinion. There’ll also be a longer delay on people getting banned for what they say. Everybody wins!!!

I only see HAWK in a zerg. A big tight ball that does no damage at all because I am sure they are all PVT, but they look impressive as they run around in circles accomplishing nothing.

We had a good time trolling this guy last matchup. He takes great pride in being able to stalemate mesmer vs warrior 1v1’s, but when you kill him with other professions he gets riled and lets loose gems like “ive never seen someone rely on their class so much”.

25 Magoombers try to ambush four of us by hiding behind a hill. Of course, some of their name tags stick out around the hill so we see them and the ambush fails. They chase us across the zone, failing to kill any of us with their 25.

That infuriates them so much that they chase us all the way into the legendary guards to try to kill us. Many of them die. They stay and fight for awhile, but slowly start losing people. Eventually they give up and we kill the ones too slow to pull out with the rest of their zerg.

No insult to Maguuma here. Every server does this. Even the l33t hammer train sooper squadz of the upper tiers do it.

Oh Hai Ark. You were definitely only running 20 people at most, but you’re running right beside another group of 20 most of the time. When we got you on your own, though, they were some of the only good fights we’ve had for the past 3 weeks.

Too bad one of your members kept blaming anything nearing a wipe on your behalf on non-existent siege. You got us a few times, though… a few times because of your numbers and a few times because you just got the better of us.

I think the only other group on eternal was [roam] and they only had 5 guys… Also we were at a solid 11 guys (see screen)

We enjoyed those fights, and nobody was complaining about siege. Also I don’t know if you were void or ftf, because they grouped together after we got void a few times. Good fights though!
