They remove all beards. Lot of helms do this…
Un-norning my Norn warrior with a Norn helm… Don’t think its thaaat hard to fix but it surely is low on their priorities since its been like this since launch.

I am actually pretty darn upset about this. Arenanet: GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE!
I don’t know where the hell your priorities are but even Blizzard manages to keep their bugs and glitches in check. If you think you did this to avoid some clipping then, fine, avoid the clipping by actually having your staff put in that extra effort into customizing the meshes for at the very least the pieces of armor we pay for with our cash (potentially: I realize there are some really successful gold farmers out there).
Is this game in that much of a hurt that they can’t do a simply quality check?!
There has to be a balance but half the time I go for a look and it’s either clipping in some unsightly fashion -or- just completely removing the mesh. By the way, this is why I don’t like most the gem shop hats. The Secret World’s bread and butter is paper doll dress up. I spend money in their cash shop too. Sometimes I will buy things that I find out has clipping issues. You know what: I told them about it and they FIXED IT! They BLOODY FIXED IT! They have a separate (sometimes unique to the non-helm hairstyle) mesh for when you wear hair gear. This, I imagine helps people from going bald by putting on a hat and streamlines the entire designing process.
I’m just wondering..those hands…they must be going numb under your butts.

I really wish Braham’s Helm didn’t remove facial hair. Clipping be kitten ed I want to see that helm + my norn’s kitten beard! I will however say that the new norn face that has the wicked scars / blind eye looks awesome with the helm.

Aye. Right now I have a different look anyways, so I am not concerned per se, but that was the deal breaker for me. I previewed it a few times to see if it was fixed … but it seems not.

Yeah…still not fixed. I simply don’t wear the helm even though it would otherwise look awesome.

Why does this helm take away facial hair and all the in game ‘free’ helms do not give us a baby face.
yeah, pls fix this.. i mean this braham helm skin, has been out for how long? 6 months? or something like that, and it is actually one of the coolest helms if not the coolest in the game, for heavy users.. but.. u dont want to wear it anyways, since it removes all ur facial hair -.-
