The upgrades for me and my guildy disappeard from inside of SAB. Does anyone else seem to have this issue? My shovel, whip, upgraded wallet, torch, etc. are all gone

Are you in the Hub? Upgrades don’t show up until you start a world and zone.

I entered world 1 and world 2, all of my upgrades just gone

Are you also sure you’re on the character who purchased them? Upgrades are per character, not account wide.

I am almost certainly sure it was my main (who I’m playing on now). I know I did it on another character or two (in addition to him who are deleted), but I’m 95% sure I had items on this present character,

Also, forgot to mention: I still have the moto’s breath I had gotten from the end of w1 zone 3, that didnt dissapear

Same here. My main have none of upgrades, I did not tried my another characters but they was created after SAB.

Im currently having to go through all my characters. checked 3 i was sure that i used in there and so would have been the ones with upgrades (one had them all) … but so far no upgrades on any character.
Slowly going through all the others at the moment but these kitten unskippable scenes make this annoying to check

all characters checked now.. and no upgrades

Can we know if this is being looked at? I want to work on more achievements for buying upgrades in world 2, but if I can’t get my items back I need to reinvest in them.

Any news on this? Should we wait for fix or buy upgrades from world 1 again?

Yeah, checked a couple of different characters.

Two I was certain had several upgrades have only the stick and the candle.

At the same time, they have all three zones unlocked.

I had the shovel on 8 chars and all my shovels are gone,
Also had a slingshot on my main and thats gone too.

Happeded to me too. Had to rebuy some of my upgrades like the purse, the candle, the whip and sling(shovel and bombs stayed <3)

For me too. I was on two characters which I had completely upgraded. One missed Motos breath and the whip, the other is missing the Sling and the whip.
Since the chests and digspots are accountbound now, this is a bit of a pain. Especially since I wanted to equip more chars. Please just make the digspots characterbound again. Farming for spheres hurts noone and I can replace my missing items.

Any word if this is being look into yet?

Anyone been able to check yet post patch to see if any of it’s been fixed?

I’m having the same issue – the upgrades on my characters from the previous SAB are not showing up. All I have is the default stick on all characters. =( I’m surprised not more people have voiced this nor any reponses from devs.

Which was simply to remind people that the upgrades are character bound.

Which doesn’t help those of us that are on characters we know had the several items and logged in to just the stick and one other.

I have two characters that advanced to world 2. Can’t recall if either have the 4th heart, but the only items they displayed were the candle and the stick. No bombs, shovel, whip, or slingshot. Which I know I had all of on one of my characters, and the shovel and bombs at least on the other.

I was just referring to the fact that this seem to be only occurring to a limited amount of people and that there hasn’t been any updates from the devs since the initial response.

Anyway, checked again yesterday and one of my fully upgraded characters got all the items again. Though other characters with upgrades still have a stick. Oh well.

one week after patch we have no more answers from dev, no fix and probably no plans to fix this – great!

I can understand if they can’t fix it – but the fact they have not acknowledged it gets me upset.

Went in again today, and yeah, Stick, Candle, and Extra Heart. Can’t tell yet if it still has the wallet – but no shovel, whip, bombs, or Slingshot – and I know the only thing I was missing on this character was Moto’s Breath.
