Most people who dislike this kiddy mini game, aren’t going to be reading this forum and the biased poll. I haven’t even played this game since I last tried that stupid game. Its enough that it makes me want to quit for good.

Every holiday event anymore is a joke. Always requiring grouping, and always some stupid puzzle with toys as rewards. Next update will be a fantasy coloring book for all of you to enjoy… you know, for “Nostalgia’s” sake. Just because something is from the past doesn’t make it good or right.

Where are all the dynamic events this game was supposed to have been based off of? Instead of instanced zone mini games.

Edit: I recently started playing the Defiance game due to this. While not nearly as detailed a game as GW2 is, I’m having fun in it. An no stupid immature nonsense added in the game.

Some have mentioned that this is not a game to have stuff like this other than in Holidays but, it’s not as if you are going to play only SAB forever. I mean, as they themselves mentioned, there are other things to do as well xDD Ppl are just spamming it now because they said it was limited and everyone wants Skins

I love super adventure box. It really is amazing and fun. Its like a piece of delicious cake that you rarely get to eat, but you eagerly look forward to it every year.

Now suddenly, you get that cake every day, every year. That uniqueness goes away, the cake starts to get stale, and quite frankly you may give up on the cake for something like pie, then cookies, then etc. Sure, the cake is still there, but after eaten it for so long, thinking about it makes you cringe.

In short, to keep sab fresh and unique, keep it to just one month a year.
No if you excuse me, im gonna go eat some cookie cake pies…

I’d rather have Mad King Clocktower or other even harder jumping puzzles than adventure box.

I love it, don’t get me wrong. But, I think it is better if it is not perm, that way it is more ‘special’ and people won’t get bored of it as easy.

I don’t know if/that it adds a lot of “depth” to the game (I’m not a game designer and don’t know about this sort of stuff) but it’s a nice addition to the List Of Things To Do and has a lot of possibilities for stuff to work for. I know that the whole “grinding” thing is something the game’s makers are trying to avoid, but hot dang if it isn’t a mess of fun for folks like me who don’t mind the odd bit of it to get something neat.

Just rotating in and out different new (or old) skins would be reason enough for me to keep playing it, honestly but I’ll totally understand if they want to just be done with it or have it as an annual thing.

Reason: it’s a nostalgic casual game to have, not only for the gamers who want to chill a little from PvP, WvW or even PvE, but also for nostalgic gamers who would want to remember “the old days”.

Also, since it’s independent from the World of Tyria, there shouldn’t be any haters (only the ones who expected better stuff from the monthly event). It’s a chill-out experience proportioned not only for the oldies (25+ years old), but also for the new ones, who want to know how it was in the primordial of gaming times.

Cheers and let the new worlds come

Also: give it a little more difficulty, since the old games were difficult as hell LOL, unlike the games nowadays, that are super easy to advance (there are exceptions though). I remember when DOOM appeared, and dying would mean going back all the way to the beginning of the level. LOL

- add it as a Daily Achivement Category
- remove skins
- add something like Orrian Box with random loot that can be bought
- allow buying Black Lion Key for 10 Buble Bubles (yeah, like that`ll happen..)

Thats what i`d like to happen. Now what will most likely happen at the end of the month: box malfunctions. World is invaded with 8bit monsters and Bosses and players need to slay them. Motto is trapped inside the box, and until Asuran researches find a way to fix it box is disabled and princess and Motto remain captive.

because

lets face it, the game has gotten horribly boring in certain ways and various aspects for a multitude of players, the minigames are almost non-existent too. we have a couple of good ones at halloween and wintersday for a few days a year and then other that we have keg brawl and…. um… we have… yeahhhhhhhh

the game NEEDS this permanent if they want to keep players playing as it is a good way to kill some time and escape some of the drudgery of grinding orr/cof :/ it is fun and enjoyable while still being hard too, to remove it would be another bad move on their part. if need be, they could just move the box to somewhere less awkward than bang in the middle of rata sum but not just remove it.

most players? got some evidence of that? just because more people have an opposite opinion to you does not mean it is biased eye-roll sounds to me like you just didnt enjoy it nor put any time into it. you must hate the holiday events since it takes your farming buddies away from you…. SAB does NOT require grouping which brings me back to you did not play it enough. if you dont like it, there is no need to play for the stupid skins… hence why i dont do CM. fantasy colouring book? ok, that was funny :P

1) For my own selfish reasons being that this month has been crazy and I haven’t had a lot of GW2 time to explore the SAB fully, so when I do get the chance I would like to be able to take my time and enjoy it rather than feeling like I have to rush through the content in order to get the the finish line before it goes away.

2) What I have seen is great, I love it, and can’t wait to do and see more. Also I don’t think it would hurt to have another mini game option other than keg brawl, which I am really not a big fan of in the first place.

3) From what I have seen, it looks like there is a lot of room to expand on this content, it can build and get bigger and better, so I don’t understand the "meh, this will get old like everything else’ attitudes.

4) It is a nice break and it takes me back to my old NES Super Mario Bros days when I fell in love with video games. Again, thank you, Josh

I very much enjoy this as a break from the norm of GW2, I also believe it is such an amazing piece of artistic media that it needs to live on.

If it does have to be removed, how about this. Do something similar to the Darkmoon Fair in WoW, put it up one week per month.

This sounds reasonable. A.Net could add some of the future mini-games to this “fair”.
I want them to unlock the shooting mini-game at Divinity’s reach though…
