Does team score effect anything? Such as skin drop rates from chests? Or is it just fun to have? Because from the stories I’ve heard, people seem to get better skin drop rates from chests when they have a high team score.

It honestly just seems to be there for the fun of it. Nostalgic reasons, as a homage to the good old days. Literally every old 2D platformer had a score count on the UI. Gotten skins with nearly no score at all. It could perhaps improve the rate, but I somewhat doubt it.

I doubt it has any effect. I was lucky enough to get a Shield skin from the Zone 1 chest and I think our score was less than 20.

The one time I got a skin, I had 0 score. I’ve only run it about 12 times or so.
