Guild Wars 2

So I took a small break from Guild Wars 2 and I logged in this week recently to find all of my characters are on a different world. I started with friends and family on Dragon Brand but now ALL of my characters are on Borlis Pass. How can I get this fixed since I did not initiate the world move?

It sounds like your account has been compromised. You should contact support and explain everything that has happened, and perhaps seek an account restoration. Good luck.

Your email has probably been hacked too, because the game sends out an authorization email when someone logs in from an IP address it doesn’t recognize. You should change your game and email passwords immediately and go into your GW2 account security settings and remove the authorization for any addresses that aren’t yours.

Account restoration will be able to put you back on your original server assuming you have logged on since the date the service started.

Well The Support route seems to think that I moved ALL 5 of my characters to a new home world when I’ve never even bought gems especially not 1800 × 5 gems. How would all of my characters be moved randomly? They will not help me get them back on the home world they originally were created on and want me to pay to move them. This is crazy.

Just to be clear: when you make a server transfer, all your characters are moved at once.
