Consortium and Settler Supporter Achievements

Just wondering if these are still able to be finished if they were started today after the patch?
I’ve got the Settler buff and have done about 9 events but no achievement. I’m hoping this isn’t something that had to be finished prior to today as I haven’t been able to play the past couple of weeks.
