My hubbs and I both selected to help the Ogres after being admitted to our various orders. We are both Norn. His is a Guardian and member of the Vigil and serving with Warmaster Forgal. Mine is a Thief and has been working with Tybalt in the Order of Whispers. His Norn had been entering the missions, we clear it together, and it offered me completion at the end so I accepted. Suddenly, with my most recent quest, I’m now reporting to the Vigil as well, and serving alongside Warmaster Forgal and no longer serving with Tybalt.
I still have the banner at the select screen that shows I completed my initiation with the Order of Whispers, and a bunch of storyline quests that show I’ve been working as a Whispers member since then: Sever the Head. Stealing Secrets. Down the Hatch. Thrown Off Guard. An Apple A Day.
Then, the quests to help the Ogres are non-specific and only make vague refrences to “my mentor and I” in the quests: Untamed Wilds, Pets and Walls Make Stronger Kraals, and The Lost Chieftain’s Return. These are the ones I did with him and got credit for. The next quest has me reporting to the Vigil in “Forewarned is Forearmed” and working with Forgal instead of Tybalt.
I’ve submitted a bug report back before the Halloween events, but nothing came of it that I can see. Nothing came of a forum search, but I could have put in the wrong keywords to bring it up, I’m not perfect.
Has anyone else had an issue of this nature and managed to get it fixed?
