I find it curious that arenanet doesn’t offer any freebie gems for buying a larger number at once as incentive unlike other microtransaction stores in other games. It’s always been a bit odd to me that buying 800 gems for £8.50 is the EXACT same as buying 8000 gems for £85.00. Basically, you will only buy as many gems as you ever need, and there’s no incentive in bulk buying 8000 gems.

So, how about freebie gems the more larger amount you buy in one go?

I would like to see buying gems come with a high chance of a free gift. It could be free 5 pack of BL Keys, free mini, any anything of good value in the gem store.

making a comment about how there is gambling involved with some stuff in the Gem store. I no longer buy Gems because I have everything I wanted from the Gem store, everything else I want is all gambling and I will not spend money on gambling.

NCsoft offers item bonuses for purchasing cards at gamestop, hoping Arenanet does somethen similar. Nothing game-breaking, trade-able pets or somethen. Same for large purchases online.
