Drop Itemization
This would create the opposite problem, where people would just ignore normal mobs and farm the champions.
Uh…except it’s sort of hard to avoid normal mobs…haha. They’re on the way to the Champions, they’re in every event, and you’d still need to kill a million for crafting materials. I don’t really think that’s an issue. :-)
Hard to avoid mobs? Sorry, I’m an Elementalist and I got no idea what you mean by that.
And yeah, I sometimes do world event chains alone for fun. The kinds with champion bosses in the end.
Anyways. I want trashmobs to have the change to give whatever. Thats whats magic find is for. I love magic find. <3
People who can’t tend to call the opponent troll, scream something utterly incomprehensible
and finally result to personal insults.
I don’t like this idea at all. There already isn’t a whole lot of incentive to kill regular enemies because they don’t give very much experience, and most of the time, you can just outrun them. Veterans and champions aren’t terribly common. I don’t want to have to rely on them to get decent drops.
I would like it if these guys drop something special, something above the norm. Not really blues or greens, per se, that would just make them too sought after, like others have pointed out.
My only qualm is, these are the tough guys of the world, and they mostly have normal drops, nothing special. I really don’t want them to drop something awesome, but at least something that will make me think “oooh, what am I going to get”. I’m not sure what to suggest though. :/
