Dual Chakram or boomerang(bat man has bata-rangs with explosives, gas etc) it could be a utility skill or weapon that does AoE type damage in a chain lightning sorta way.
How would this fit the engineer at all ? Engineers use high tech weaponry and your suggestion is a low tech one
Yeah because dropping oil and throwing a wrench etc is high tech. I think boomerangs or chakrams would be good obviously with like explosive, blinding or electrical properties to them.
