Guild Wars 2

Would be great if you had a room (window) where people could see a list of parties forming up with required fractal levels. Players could create these party group for public/guild only/invite only etc.

E.g:
Lvl 6: 2/5 [Join]
Lvl 5: 4/5 [Join]
Lvl 3: 3/5 [Join]
Lvl 3: 2/5 [Join]
Lvl 1: 4/5 [Join]
Lvl 1: 3/5 [Join]

That would be nice. It would also get the party formation out of LA and into an area that only gets visited by FOTM players.

Yeah, sort of like Heart of the Mists where there’s a PvP Browser with all the game servers in it. You could zone into the Fractals area and talk to an NPC who lets you either queue up with 5 people or go into a group that just needs 1 more person or whatever.
