True thing that asura’s are intelligent and still don’t get along.

Then again you don’t need multiple Asura’s to get the intelligence.
Skritt need other Skritts to increase their intelligence. A skritt killing another skritt is like an Asura asking to kill his intelligence. There are no Asura’s killing their intelligence.

Difference is that Asura value intelligence. Al long as intelligence isn’t shiny, Skritt don’t. If a Skritt wants a shiny, he’d just as easily trade it for it’s own brain, so I don’t think he would mind killing an other Skritt for it.

This. And skritt don’t really gain intelligence. they are just able to focus more individuals on a problem. So different skritt groups will have different priorities for their problems and one skritt doesn’t look at it like he is unintelligent.

Believe, if you will that it’s all about the ‘shinies’, but they’ve a secret agenda just waiting to happen…

They found this Dragon’s Brood while being help captive by Krait Slavers:

So the story is that this Dragon forced Krait out of their home, and massacred them whilst fleeing through Zhitan’s armies. The Krait have not forgotten this. (Cue Krait reason for Personal Internal Struggle Here) While being held captive by Slavers, some Skritt that were adversely affected by Brill Alliance Lab’s (next to the Rana Landing Complex WP in Voloxian Passage, Metrica Province) – gleaned just enough information to learn

They sent in scouts, something that Skritt do rather well in all honestly, and they found… Dragon Brood. Not just eggs, like the epically disastrous Destroyer Fiasco- But Wyrmlings. Ferocious, hungry angerballs of roiling scales and serrated teeth protruding from too many mouths.

Yeah, was good til the ‘pet’ part, but hey! It’s fun to have fun sometimes! Plus, as a bonus feature- with a Guard Wyrmling – No One will Ever take your shinies!

as far as “cities” go they could always add to the existing skritt city making a secure instance in there
The Kodan have that Floating Iceberg they call home, but could have a hidden refuge city out there
the Hylex have tribes, one of which could be big and friendly
and Tengu have that walled area

as for Skritt intelegence; they could have some asura expirament with increasing skritt and you would be a success.
(A-net: you can use this but please give me some credit for the idea)

and of course there are some obviouse class/race combos that people will want like:
ranger ogres (they love their pets)
Elixer Engeneer Hylex (potion masters)
engeneer skritt (shiny)
Heavy armored Kodan (big guys big armor)
