I want a living undead(risen) horn that is soaked in blood, that spews black liquid and when i blow it it splatters on the ground leaving a pool of the black liquid and it also drips everywhere i go leaving a trail behind. The pool is endless and hollow, the living undead(risen) holds his heart, which is spewing the black liquid.

What is “Living Undead”? Is that something like having a home in Jersey?

You can always rapidly consume Candy Corn for the spewing.

And you DO understand that leaving a trail everywhere you go will attract all sorts of aggro?

The undead in GW2 is called Risen.

But that is not the Lore behind the item. What it is exactly I am not sure, although I am sure we will find out when Arena Net puts in the quest chains for precursor weapons that I can only assume is the story behind the weapon in which your building.
