I want a huge mailbox. We are talking about text here. It doesn’t take up much space and it compresses easily. Limit the number of attachments, if that is necessary. 10 pieces of mail is simply ludicrous. What, is this 1975?

If a message contains coin, the last line in the message should state the amount of coin and the coin should be auto-collected upon delivery.

I should be able to select who the message is going to from my Contact List, and I should be able to include as many To:s as I want.

I want a Sent folder. While we are at it, I want to be able to create my own folders and organize my mail.

Extra Credit will be given for letting me create Rules to sort my mail for me.

The inbox needs a ‘Spam’ button for flagging/reporting/auto-deleting gold seller spam.

There is a button to the left of the Reply button that allows you to report the message. It doesn’t auto delete but at least you can report it.

yeah none of the options truly depict what the person is doing by sending you said such mail.
I think instead of a report button they should have a “forward” to send it straight to anet. no need to second guess how to report …kill em all let Anet sort them out!

Edit: and now they added in the last patch, the best option in the report drop down menu “gold seller”

I agree with wanting to send more items at once, assuming the data load remains viable. I’d also love to be able to take just one item out of the mail. What if a friend sends me three dyes, and I want them on two different alts? I have to find bag and bank space now for the extras until I can get on the alt. Same with multiple items of gear that I can only use one of for now.

Perhaps mail isn’t meant as secondary storage, but still it can be a pain to have to remove all the items to get at one or two of them — even worse if we go up to ten items per message!

Another suggestion. I don’t know if this exists in any other MMO, but it does exist in mail systems, specifically Outlook.

I would like an Away Notification System. When I am going to be away from the game for a period of time (I will be going to Hawaii for two weeks in two weeks), I would like to be able to set a message to notify people when I will be coming back. The 1st time someone mails me or whispers to me, they should get a notification containing my message.
