Suggestion for a new item to be placed in friendly camps in every zone.
Essentially this is for Bank Access in the zone.
You can even Lore it as new technology developed by the Asura.

Asuran Trading Mechanism or ATM for short, would be precisely that, an ATM.

For a small transaction fee, you can freely withdraw gold from your bank, or deposit gold to the bank. (Would not allow for item deposits or withdrawls.)

“Asuran Transfer Mechanism,” would make more sense in my opinion since “Trading” makes it sound like it’s some kind of merchant.

Anyway, I’m not 100% sure if this is needed. Players should always have a good amount of gold on them whether because they want to, or because they’ve been playing. If you don’t have any gold on you for Waypoints, then the game takes it out of your bank (and if you don’t have any money period, then it should be free from what I remember).
