That is awesome that you did that Lonesamurai! I hope they listen to you.

Thank you

This is actually a big personal thing in my life as I lost my wife to a brain tumour, and my nan six months later to lung cancer

And this year I can finally do Movember aswell (only took till I was 34 for my full beard to grow through, should I grow up now?!?)

I’m so sorry for you loss. I have lost several members of my family to cancer as well, and currently my grandmother is fighting the fight.

Congrats on the facial hair! My hubby is 31 and still can’t do a full beard. I’ll let him know not to give up hope.

I made a suggestion for this 2,5 weeks ago. No comments. Glad to see that closer to the date more people are enthusiastic bout this and hope that (if not this year then next year) Anet finds a way where we can donate our gems to breastcancer research.

(also see it as a good promotion, it will be you guys handing over the big fat cheque).

Small remark. The canadian cancer society let people decide for themself where the money is spent. For one of the promotors for pink day on Gandarra (EU-server) I get a lot of questions why europeans have to pay to an canadian organisation. Only after I explain you can choose your own goal world wide they are sattisfied enough to donate.

So maybe make a selection of 10 projects worldwide you can donate gems too. And offcourse a nice in game reward (maybe a town clothes chest piece with a pink ribbon on it).

Arise, ye farmers of all nations
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
