Just close down the game for a while, add all the features that were promised at !Release! – then and only then release it again.

As it is now, the game is full of broken promises..

You’d have them close a game for hundreds of thousands of players who enjoy it just so a principle would be uphold?

I don’t think this is a game of broken promises. I got exactly what I expected from Anet, and I’m very happy.

Just stop playing for a while,and come back when you find anet has implemented enough feautures to keep you interested !

Shut your own computer off and come back later, same principal and you won’t be costing a company who knows how much money to meet your demands lol.

Or, you can just not play till the game gets to the point that you want it to be, while the rest of us get to enjoy the game we are already enjoying.

Don’t worry, I haven’t logged into the game in quite a while – and I won’t come back either – I’ll stick with GW1

So you haven’t logged into the game for quite a while, have no intentions of playing, yet you insist that they should take the game away from everyone else that is actually enjoying it? How selfish can you get?

Which is ok for you to leave again, just wait longer if needs be, but there are still millions who still play this game, and the populations have been growing as stated by Arenanet about 1 week ago.

this post only has one point, that anet should implement things they said they would and fix stuff(cough guild window), other than that. someones QQing. shutting down the game would be kitten-diculous.

you know… I’ve yet to play an MMO that did not have somebody mouthing off on the forums saying this exact same thing. Even WoW the golden goose of MMO’s had folks saying this about it at launch. Sad thing is half the “broken promises” are mearly systems not living up to peoples over hyped expectations and most of the rest were never even promised by the devs but were rumors that took on a life of their own.
