Applies auras to nearby allies, some effects are called an aura but are not applied.
Example: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Signet_of_Restoration
A passive appears on my HUD that says aura of restoration, it grants health to anyone that casts a spell with no cooldown even basic attacks.
This does not get applied to others. Please re-word this or at least add it as a working share aura for powerful auras. It could be very extremely useful in dungeons for support roles.
