I find that a lot of the time the attack buttons are in a weird order. They should allow us to rearrange (and remember) weapon skills.

I agree, I think it would be nice to have that ability. Maybe allow us to swap appropriate abilities between weapons too. For Instance, allowing us to take the fireball from the staff and put it on the scepter or maybe the dagger.
