The only thing I agree with in this whole post is….. Finishers shouldn’t be allowed in stealth….

This I do agree with. It’s a childish no-talent assclown move.

The solution is really simple. When you destealth, you cannot restealth for 3-4 seconds, regardless of whether you attack or not. ANY destealth applies the debuff and perhaps the debuff could be increased by a second or two, if it’s still an issue. Calling for the removal of stealth (a core mechanic of the thief) is just so overboard it’s obserd.

I do not agree that stealth stomping should be removed, as it is not that much different from stability stomping. But seeing as how stealth can be applied so frequently by the thief, something should be done to fix it that does not effect the mesmer. The only solution to this is to make Cloak & Dagger only work on targets that are not downed. That way the theif has to pop a utility skill to accomplish this, just like he mesmer does.

Simplicity is complex.

Good feedback is key to getting the developers to listen to you.

Best solution so far. I agree the only real way to handle thieves popping in and out of stealth is to add a debuff that blocks stealth for a moment.
