Well since there is no p2p trading and the character name and account name can be confusing someimes, i do check 5 times while i mailing item to some1.
A quick suggestion is can we get a “Are you sure?” confirmation if the player is not in your guild/friend list/party?
This will bring more safety if you wrongly send mail to some1 and i will be a happy quaggan.
