Can we get it to where the item skins from events and what not be available anytime we want? Just like the HOM rewards; that is how these skins should work. They should be able to be retrieved.
This would be for event skins and the skins you buy from the gemstore. And above all they should always be account bound, not soulbound.
I’m talking about the skins, not actual items with stats.
