The next time there is a game update, please everyone check your coin totals before the update or before traveling which starts the update. Then check your coin totals after the update. I think you will be surprised.

I suspect the game is using the nearest waypoint to somehow relocate us on the map and that the game is charging us to travel to that waypoint. This may only be happening if you die and need to travel or your leaving an “instance”.

Please check it out the next time you see the “a new game update is available. Your game will restart in 50 minutes” or whatever it says exactly.

So when you say gold, you mean…~2 silver?

That’s odd, if it’s happening. (Can’t say I’ve ever noticed it, but I’m not looking, either.)

Yes, more like 1 to 4 silver each time. I doubt it’s been happening long enough to amount to a single gold so it’s a poor choice for a title. But, it did get attention. Maybe enough attention so a few will check next time it happens.
