My suggestion is about Mesmers mantra style utility and healing skill’s.
Why?
Mantras are well ballanced in short battles but useless(there are other skills that can do the same work better) in prolonged fights (vs boss/ long PVP fight).
Most players thinks that this is good idea and it wont be balancing issue.
Its 4 seconds long casting time is too long. (= comparable to 4 sec long daze but self casted). So its pretty borring for most players.
How to improve it?
Create an internal automatic recharge for each mantra every x seconds (x= balanced time
)
Lets say maximum amount of charges on mantra of pain is 2(3 traited) and you will get 1 charge every 10 seconds. Now our initial burst at the start of the battle remain same as in actual solution. But we wont have to recast mantra again so we will continue in our DPS/supporting.
Traits have to be improved!
