How do I get a ticket responded to? In the Account issues forum there is a thread that you can post if your ticket has gone unanswered for three days, why is there no thread here for that? My ticket, created by emailing forums@arena.net has gone unanswered for 10 days. Why is there no process here for tickets left to sit excessively long without a response?

I would like to kindly make a suggestion. Stop over moderating your forums, giving pointless and silly infractions that diminish the importance and respect for infractions in general. Infractions have become a joke, we all kid about who has gotten the stupidest infraction. Is that how you want infractions to be viewed?

If you stop over moderating you will 1) get less emails to the account asking what the kitten you were thinking and 2) you can divert some of that extra modding effort to answering support tickets in a timely fashion.

Win-win imo.
