One thing that gets on my nerves when starting a group is that (unless I am derping and can’t find it) there is no way to tell details of the people you are talking to such as level and profession. While I know that when going into an instance the level doesn’t matter as you are adjusted accordingly (provided you are the required level) and that all of the professions have many roles, it is nice to know what you are inviting into your group. Also being able to show to the world what guild you are representing etc would be great! As it is, I feel somewhat isolated in the game when people are out of line of sight and the whole “look at me and what I’ve achieved” is somewhat pointless outside of groups.

My suggestion is to make a small pop up window at the cursor when hovering over a persons name in the chat log after ‘x’ time that states their name, guild, level and profession. Maybe even their title as well for social means or even the area that they are in. Please tell me what you think!!
