Underwater breath bar when not wearing a mask, not a deal breaker or game breaker. Adds immersion without drawbacks of having a full-time breath bar. Sounds okay with me.

If ANEt want to dedicate the time to give people this choice…sure, why not?

I don’t see them doing it, to be completely honest with you, but I’m not against your idea. If people want to add a different element to underwater, then sure – more power to you!

If they are going to focus any resources to underwater gameplay, I would rather they actually focus on making the combat better before this, though.

However, this is an interesting idea. I mean, there are jumping puzzles on land for those people who want them…having an alternative underwater type thing where people have timed ‘swim puzzles’ would be interesting, so long as they don’t make them part of a daily/monthly for those who hate them.

As long as you follow your immersion and spend 15 minutes every 30 or so feet you rise from the bottom on the deepest waters. Otherwise that would break your immersion.

You also have to wear heavily insulated clothes while diving in deep areas or cold water. And you can’t wear any heavy plate armor while swimming.

I completely got thrown off by the title, thought OP wanted to remove breather masks lol. But I have noticed it too, unfortunatly at level 1 you are equipped with a breathing aparatus so can’t really see a reason to take it off :/

If we are talking about immersion. Then every player with heavy armor should sink to the bottom. Which could also create interesting underwater jumping puzzles.
