The game update notes are incorrect. Metrica does not get any offshoots.
You can still get the global gardener achievement by doing the four maps surrounding Kessix Hills. Brisbane, Caledon, Queensdale and Gendarran Fields.
As well as Kessix Hills, of course.
Metrica was incorrectly listed in the Patch Notes for some reason. They don’t appear there.
Xerca listed the 5 correct locations. You can also find the 5 correct spots if you check the Toxic Global Gardener achievement (as in, click the detailed description of it).

Should’ve realized the patch notes were full of junk when they claim elites are new when they’ve always been in the game. Shame on me.
