Rox and Braham in Kessex
Finding hte screenshot, I double-checked it with the current map. It’s near the Overlord’s Greatcamp, southeast of it, meaning south of the waypoint closest to it.

I ran into them on the first day in Brisbain Wildlands. I remember it distinctly cause Braham kept dying and I obviously couldn’t get any bombs to continue the event because of him being dead. :P
Its possible they are in multiple places, but probably either randomized or it changes every day. Haven’t seen them in all the time I’ve wandered Kessex lately though.
That could be it too.

Nice that they sort of kept them as a part of the action. Maybe they’ve listened to the suggestions from the responses to Clockwork Chaos, when everyone said that it would be more story-like instead of a brainless zergfest, if they fight with the players to stop Scarlet et al during invasions.
