Just experimented with a level 65 giver recipe… and it produces armor that is strictly inferior to all the other 65 crafted rares – it has only one minor stat, so that’s 46 less points.
It gives vitality, precision, and condition DURATION. Never have I seen recipes with duration till now.

No, I’m pretty sure I just crafted a coat with toughness primary, healing secondary. A level 65 coat.
