Minis in Gem Store?
I don’t think so. I’m still waiting for the update to finish but from what I’ve read, both official and otherwise, there are 2 groups of Wintersday minis:
5 which are made in the Mystic Forge from items you get for finishing the airship dungeons – one for each city.
A further 3 (I think) come from the special chests which you buy in the gem store. But you’re not guarenteed to get them, it’s a random chance, and they’re account bound so if you get one you don’t want or get a repeat you’re stuck with it.

Making them account bound is most annoying idea. So one can end up with 3 similar minis and cannot sell the extra. I hope this is just an error or was it intended?
