Hey guys, I’m sorry if I’ve post this question in the wrong section, it is my first time using the forum. I’ve ran into a problem. For the past few beginning days of the Wintersday event, I am able to claim my reward of wads or tears from Tixx. Once Tixx arrived to Lion’s Arch, I was able to claim my reward ONCE. From then on, I have never received the rewards other than the returns reward (presents). My question is, is the reward still once per day? Or is it once per city? I have waited 2 days, and I have NOT done Tixx; however, I still receive no rewards other than the presents that I do not want. Is this a bug, or the reward is once per city that Tixx visits?
PS. I also no longer receive the frame that you choose to receive in the beginning as well.

The frames + cogs + stuffing or glue reward is once per account per dungeon path (city). Once you have done all five of them you won’t get that reward anymore, only a choice of small, medium, large, or giant Wintersday Gifts.
