Guild Wars 2

In a game of Toypocalypse I was playing a moment ago (Fortunately, one I got the Toypocalypse Canceled acievment on) I saw something interesting. If you go to the corner of the instance you start in in the dungeon, in the tunnel there are several Scritt Mercenaries that can be recruited for three Scrap each. They helped a lot due to their decent damage melee attacks and more importantly their ability to heal out of combat. (What a wonderful thing to have in a game! Perhaps it should be used elsewhere… Hint, hint.)

I was wondering if everyone else saw anything like this, particularly in the tunnel on the opposite side. I took a brief glance in that area, but not for long enough to see anything but that there weren’t any Mercenaries.

Yea i use the skrit myself. Atleast 2 , by which poitn a couple other players have noticed and usualy get 1 or 2 themselves.

My last completion we had 5 skrit along with enough turrets to take down a dragon lol. The skrit do indeed help ..but only get them after u have a stable defence going ..becouse 3 scrap slavage can be used much better building 3 balista’s at the start.

also, if you go north there are two mortar build sites, which each take 3 parts (snow or scraps) to build and can be used by a player.

they do about 5k dmg aoe and thus aren’t really worth it – maybe against toxx, if they have a secondary effect, don’t know.

personally I’d say the skritt are much more useful, as they don’t need anyone to operate them and heal up after waves.. though if they encounter toxx, they’re pretty much dead
