New WvW Map API
My guess: not before 23-10-2015 (well, perhaps a beta)
Would it be “ok” if I was to obtained a copy of the new wvw map via the GW2.dat file in order to start building a new live map before the expansion launch?
I would kinda prefer to do the coding before the expansion to be able to enjoy the expansion when it’s realeased…

Yeah, the big issue is that the map tiles need to be regenerated, and the program that does that is a bit … interesting.
I’ll look into turning on /v2/wvw/objectives — it has actual data for both new and old (and even Edge of the Mists) stuff.

Is there any chance of just getting a high-res JPEG or something of the new full WvW map? The desert borderland itself has surfaced, but the full map including EBG would be awesome to have.
