Hello community! I guess it is not a secret anymore to almost anyone the new democratic victory for the LGBT movement in the US congress. For those who do not know, same sex marriage was legalized nationwide in the USA in the last Friday, June 26th. Therefore, the idea is to do a symbolic gesture in GW2 so that we, the gaming community, break the gamer stereotype and show our social conscience and support for the cause, since so many LGBT people go through a hard time in their lives due to prejudgment and this event was an important landmark for their acceptance in society.
The idea is to unite the biggest number of players as possible, go to the Lion’s Arch plaza / mystic fountain, paint our armors with the LGBT flag colors and /dance! Bring fireworks or whatever you want! If all goes as planned, we’ll record and upload it to Youtube.
