The Mystic Plumbers [LUCK] are looking for veteran players to take on officer roles in our ever growing family!

Alittle bit about us: We are a 450+ PvX guild that will soon be hitting its 1 year mark! We have a pretty active guild chat/teamspeak. We do weekly guild missions, fun events, and LOTS of giveaways. As you can tell from our name we have a pretty great sense of humor and love to have fun. This doesn’t mean were not serious though! The core of this guild has a lot of dedicated players. We are vigilant about keeping an active roster.

Alittle bit about the officer positions: Officers are held to high standards as they represent role models for how guildies should conduct themselves and how we come off to the rest of Tyria. An ideal officer canidate will be an experienced guild wars player who is willing to teach and lead all kinds of in game content as well as admin our website/forums/teamspeak. The most important responsibility is attending our weekly officer meetings to help keep the guild running smoothly.

Maybe I’m stating the obvious, but with 450 members there’s none that fit your description? I’m sure your own members know the guild and it’s mentality best right?

In a 450 person guild, though, the officer needs to be someone who can take all the member’s complaints, ideas, be around, and interactive. As well, if the guild has events to be able to make them as often as they can. The guild I’m an officer in has ~300 members at any given time, and officer material is a rarity in those who can prove themselves (even after promotion) and those who want it.

That said, I won’t join or be an officer, but if you do have any list type projects, just shoot screenshots my way with what you want done, and I’ll work on it for you

We absolutely have members that fit this description! Many of which have already stepped up and have become officers themselves. I believe were actually quite [LUCK]y to already have a team of dedicated officers, they truly do so much! We want our officers to genuinely care and commit themselves to pushing the guild to new heights. By recruiting for officer positions from the outside as well as the inside we open up our pool of candidates greatly and in my experience have even better [LUCK] with them staying on for longer periods of time because they know what they are signing up for.
