Guild Wars 2

DAWN is a WVW/PVE guild stationed in Aurora Glade EU, with 4-5 raids per week manning 25+ players, GVGs, as well as ongoing wvw roaming groups.
Currently DAWN has 1 raid leader, and a very good one if i might add (Sam Knox). Despite this, the amount of commitment and strain this puts is unhealthy in the long run both to the raid leader and the guild. For the sake of diversity and load sharing we are looking for at least 1 more raid leader to join DAWN and take over raids 2-3 nights a week ( 8pm onward gmt+1). Guild has many experienced playes, and few commanders in training, but in all honestly, we don’t have someone who is innately a command voice spammer with the flare needed.
So, currently, the main thing required is a very vocal and driven person (we use TS/mumble), and good wvw experience (rest can be taught on by sam and guild vets) joining and tagging DAWN to a large extent (its fine to swing off to you roaming guild or pve group whenever)
