Join Blacktide, we are on rampage in EU T8. Just few semi-pro/pro guilds more to dominate bronze league. We have no queues all day long, no skill lags, no insane huge blobs here, we have few good guilds, and at least one big if you like real large-scale battles (you can contact me to join that big one;)). Many Slavs are here (no better home for Polish or Russian ppl) but also strong presence of native speaking English players is noticeable.
