Hiya! I think Ember Solace would be pretty close to what you’re looking for, but that’d depend on what kind of foul language and what you’d be doing with that other 5% rep time. =P

We’re on Tarnished Coast, and we’re friendly, like to talk, and mature. We’d love to do raffles (we’ve got a scavenger hunt going on right now on the forums and enjoy activities like that). We’re definitely female-friendly (it’s in our Purpose & Principles, as is our commitment to being a safe space free from harassment).

We do require full rep, but with the following four exceptions:
1. A family/friend guild, solely for chatting briefly (not for repping that guild during any activities such as dungeon runs or WvW).
2. A storage/bank alt, for briefly placing/removing items from a guild bank on the alt.
3. Tequatl Terror Squad [TTS], for killing Tequatl once a week.
4. Guild Commendations [GC], for doing Guild Missions for commendations.

If that would end up working, you’re more than welcome to visit our forums and fill out an application (it’s how we weed out trolls and keep the guild a safe space). Plus, if you register, you get read-access to our GW2 sub-forums, so you can get a feel for our community before deciding if you want to apply.

My guild is called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a smaller, casual yet social, 18+ PvE/RP family on Tarnished Coast. We run on mostly an EST time frame but we do have several west coast, European and Asian time zone members.

Knowledge of and/or participation in RP is not required.
We’ll teach you if you want to learn, but there’s no pressure. Some of our members also enjoy WvsW/sPvP (although we don’t have a regular WvsW showing) and we do have our own sPVP arena. We also have a variety of member-hosted events that change every week.

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact.
We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. Just leave a little note to let us know you’ll be away, and all is well.

We are focused on providing a place where people can feel comfortable and as though they are more than just a name on the roster. We want everyone to feel like family.
We are very LGBTQ friendly (with several members of the leadership being either part of the community or allies of it) and do not tolerate any sort of derogatory words, comments, bigotry etc. toward anyone. There are quite a few women in the guild, myself included.

We’re willing to help out with any and all questions as best as we can, whether it’s dungeons/Fractals (which I love to help teach), builds, and other general game questions. We also don’t do the “speed runs”, exploits, etc, nor require anyone to bring a specific class or build for any dungeon run. Bring whatever you want and we’ll have fun regardless.

There is no requirement to be representing us at all times.
It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us a fair bit of time too.

We also have a TeamSpeak 3, but it’s use is on a purely optional basis. Most of our chatter is on the guild channel.

A bit about S T Y L E:
• Server: Jade Quarry – We are active only on JQ, but allow guesting. For a free transfer to JQ, you simply need to delete any characters you have created – so if you’re just starting out, head to Jade Quarry!
• Team: Our leadership team works hard to ensure that everyone in S T Y L E is enjoying what they want to enjoy in the game. We feel our job as leaders is to help facilitate your good time, and to lead by example.
• You: Can be anyone – new, experienced, young, old, and in-between. The (known) ages of our members range from college students to retirees. We don’t concentrate on age, only maturity. Conduct in guild chat is strictly monitored and enforced – no name calling, discrimination, or drama.
• Life + Laughter: We refuse to be ultra-serious, and we always keep in mind that Real Life comes first. As such, the guild has no requirements for representing (although not repping does affect your rank), TeamSpeak/Website use, participation in events, or other restrictions.
• Experience/Skill Level: S T Y L E does have a special place in its black, black heart for players that are new to GW2 or to MMOs in general. We do not believe in ‘noobs’, only players that haven’t had the same experiences as some who’ve been around longer. We are very happy to guide, party with, provide info to, and nurture new players. Or for that matter, experienced players who need guidance with a new/different aspect of this multi-faceted game.

• Who: We have 175+ members. Most active around 3PM+- EST, but members can be found online at almost all times. We are very active in guild chat and in the S T Y L E channel on the JQ TeamSpeak server.
• Activities: Structured guild activities are always evolving, and we currently host Sunday night Guild Missions (Rush/Bounty/Challenge); Tuesday Dungeon nights; Wednesday Guild Puzzle/Mission Make-Ups; Thursday WvW/EotM Havoc parties; and a monthy, rewarding Guild Lottery. Ad-hoc parties constantly form of S T Y L E members helping each other to complete personal stories, map completion, Fractals, random dungeons, or other events.
