Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone!

I’m an extremely old player who was involved in GW2 at the start, did the beta and all that stuff. I fell away from it for my own reasons, but now find myself coming back and really enjoying myself.

I’ve been active again for the last 2 weeks and in that time I’ve been exploring Tyria, hitting up dungeons, PVPing, and crafting. I’m usually on in the evening and weekends because of my work schedule (I got the standard 9 – 5) and I’m on CST. I’m not a super experienced player, and I’m still finding my feet.

My problem is that I can’t seem to find a guild I sync with.

I’m looking for a guild that’s:

• Open to ppl cursing, because tbh I swear like a sailor
• Super chill (no mandatory attendance on things)
• No role play (sorry, just not my thing)
• Actually interested in engaging new recruits instead of inviting them in and then ignoring when they talk in chat (this has been literally every guild I’m invited into)
• No 9000 rules with super strict policies
• No bs (literally just got out of a guild that had a member screaming they’d get people banned for disagreeing with their opinions after continuously creating heated discussion, because they were besties with the guild leader.)
• Voice chat optional (preferably discord because I’m kinda done with teamspeak at this point)

To conclude, I’m looking for some super chill people to kick back with after the grueling 9 – 5 and play some GW2 with. I don’t really care what we do or how we do it, just as long as we can have a good time.

We Are seeking Adults who want a place to call home. We are continuing to look for more friends to add to Our guild. FENX is a Primarily PvE Guild, very casual, active, Friendly and Helpful. We welcome people from all servers to join us and we are female friendly And LGBT Friendly. No one will judge you here. There is no rep requirement.

• We have TS and a “Fully upgraded” PVP arena in the level 69 Guild Hall.

• We have a separate PVP arena outside of the guild.

• We are currently a large, but helpful guild.

• We are seeking people for all time zones. Remember we are on NA servers.

We were first dreamed up over 10 years ago during the blissful days of Guild Wars 1. We have since carried our belief of being a guild for the members. We brought with us our spirit and the desires of helping those who we battle with side by side everyday in the game. Now, we have endured mainly do the fact we don’t try to force anyone to play the game a certain way. We believe in playing Guild Wars 2 with our companions and having fun and enjoyment for all.

We are a casual guild and those who run with us are our friends not just members on a roster. Our acceptance of all people remain our shining glory. We only have one requirement that you have fun in the game and do it with all of us.

Greetings Konigwulf,

Maybe my humble home will be the place you’ve been looking for.

We’re called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a smaller, casual/semi-casual yet social, 18+, PvE, family on Tarnished Coast (though as long as you’re on a NA server, it doesn’t matter too much unless you plan to WvsW heavily). Our peak time tends to be in the mid-late evening EST, though we have a few others from various time zones. We don’t mind a some swearing here and there (we are all adults after all), though it seems most of it happens when we’re actually on voice chat rather than in game chat.

At first glance, our guild rules posted on our website may seem long, but overall they are little more than common sense spelled out in detail. Nothing too crazy or restrictive.

Here are some of our best quirks:

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact.
We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. Just leave a little note to let us know you’ll be away, and all is well.

We do not demand 100% representation.
It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone.

We are focused on providing a place where people can feel comfortable and as though they are more than just a name on the roster. We want everyone to feel like family.
We are very LGBTQ friendly and do not tolerate any sort of derogatory words, comments, bigotry etc. toward anyone regardless of nationality, race, religious beliefs, gender identity or sexuality. Anyone violating that policy is subject to immediate removal, no questions asked.

We’re willing to help out with any and all questions as best as we can, whether it’s dungeons/Fractals, builds, and other general game questions. All you need to do is ask. We also don’t do the “speed runs”, exploits, etc, nor require anyone to bring a specific class or build for any dungeon run. Bring whatever you want and we’ll have fun regardless.

We also have a Discord, but use of the voice chat is on a purely optional basis.

While we have not heard anything from Kon, the recruitment of Tyrs Paladium is open to all! We very much do our best to not be the guild that invites new recruits and then ignores them. It is our goal and pleasure to involve everyone we invite, even I’d your like me, with limited play time, I will still do what I can to at the very least speak with our new members and open invites to what ever Zone I am running around lost in. Our members also are always looking to run group content and offer open invitations to ALL of our members.
