Guild Wars 2

I’m a very new player looking for a friendly guild that is willing to help me learn the ropes around here. As of now, I don’t have a preference as to what style of play to use – I’m willing to learn anything and everything.

I’ve currently got two characters, a level 18 human warrior and a level 3 norn ranger on Borlis Pass (I just started the second one today, so I haven’t had time to do much with her yet).

Hiya, Wifflet! GW2 is a really fun game; I’m glad you’ve been enjoying it. I know you’re on Borlis Pass, but if you’d be willing to guest (it’s free) over to Tarnished Coast (or re-roll?), it sounds like my guild would be a great fit for you. Ember Solace is a PvX guild that does a little bit of everything, and one our favorite things is to help new players. We love explaining things, taking people on dungeon runs (you get to do your first dungeon at level 30), helping out with personal story quests, etc. Our guildies are super patient and friendly. Plus, we have a lot of social activities that people can do no matter what their level, like trivia nights and raffles. We’d love to get to know you and help you out. =)

Update:
I found a guild, but it didn’t work out for me, so I’m looking for a new one.

I’m looking for a friendly guild on Fort Aspenwood (I switched over from Borlis Pass for the guild I was in, but I have no intention of doing that again). I’m primary a PvE player, but I would like to be able to try PvP and WvW. I know next to nothing about either, though.

I’ll try my best to contribute as much as possible to whatever guild I am in, but I may have limited time to play. I will also happily incessantly bug more experienced players for advice, so please be willing to put up with that!

Fools N Gold [FNG] is a very small tight knit PvX (NA) guild on Tarnished Coast. We focus on an adult casual environment. Most of our socializing is done on our Mumble server and since most of the guild works our primary activity is in the evenings even though we also have a morning group forming now as well. We are always talking on Mumble about tv shows, books or something going on in-game. Help, friendship and advice is never too far away.

Since we are a TC based guild we can’t do WvW together but we can maybe be a good home for you for everything else.
