Guild Wars 2

Hia I am in EU and Im in need of an officer or more to help me create a new guild (main focus is PvE and PvP). Currently Im striving for the guild to be a average size guild, not to big and not to small; well big enough to do guild missions without problems, also I am aiming to create an environment where people are 1. Friendly and 2. Likes to really progress in the game.
