Guild Wars 2

Rift Legion is a WvW guild with the focus on havoc and zerg busting in need of members who find enjoyment in being outnumbered in fights. The guild will be more laid back, we wont be enforcing specific builds, but instead suggest builds that anyone can use and change to their own benefits, as long as you live in the fight. Every profession is currently accepted, having proficiency in multiple professions is a bonus. We will not require repping besides when you join us for raid nights. Lastly, to keep with the spirit of Rift Legion, having a charr available as an alt or primary character would be great! Talk to me in game for more info! Silverah Shadowhart (Varylnard.4328).

Rift Legion will also take in players, new and old, Novices and Veterans alike.
Just as long as you are willing to learn, adapt, and play.
And as long as you’re willing to sit through my whining on wanting to zerg-bust.

Rift Legion is seeking veterans and novices alike. Our main objective is to become a respectable zergbusting/fight-oriented powerhouse here on Henge of Denravi.

If you long for battle, long for the endless torrent of heavy loot bags, the sound of your opponents being crushed beneath your claws, then choose Rift Legion.

If you are willing to learn, adapt, and grow with us, you are more than welcome to fight with us in the Mist War.

As my friend, Silverah, has stated, Rift Legion is NOT a 100% rep guild, but one that prefers you to rep during raid.

If need be, a trial period will be in place, where potential recruits run with us for a night or two. Get your feet wet, your blade stained with blood, and get a good grasp of how we operate. We’re a bunch of fun-loving ninnies, but we back up our bark with some bite.

We are currently in dire need of dedicated:

Guardians - Boonfactory/Healway/commander builds, you name it. Tanky support.
Warriors - HAMMA STUNNNS, backbone, damage.
Elementalists- support/damage oriented, staff preferred, but d/d for smaller scale.
Necromancers - power or condi, keeping pressure/boonstrips, wells.

Thief: Stay alive, focus squishy targets, scout
Engineer: Same as thief, pressure, Jack of all trades.
Mesmer: Same as thief + veils + null field.

Builds:

We will not enforce what build you run, but if we see that your performance is lackluster(Downing on engagements, etc), we will suggest you try a new build. Everyone runs something they are comfortable with, but when Rift Legion becomes larger, we will push for more group oriented compositions and builds. It’s a team effort, as we’re only as strong as our weakest link.

If you are in need of a new build or new armors/trinkets, we will gladly assist you in obtaining these vital components.

Rules:

Be nice. Be respectable. In and out of the battlefield. We’re from all walks of life, and we’re all here for the same reason: Killing baddies, getting bags, and making a name for ourselves. No need to chew each other out.

TEAMSPEAK IS MANDATORY. If you cannot speak, that is fine, listening works just as well.(Staff elementalists may need a Mic for water calls.)

Language will be used, just as long as it isn’t excessive. Sometimes fights get heated, win or lose, it’s always nice to let out that satisfied, “kitten, that was kittening awesome!!”

We all still have many things to learn, as WvW is a constantly changing environment. We can use this to our advantage, to become better players, better people, and become closer as a guild.

Again, any profession and any player is welcome to join! I’m hoping Rift Legion can one day grow to be even more of a formidible force, and players who are willing to give 110% will be the driving factor!
