Q:
Can't find anyone to help me in Story Mode.
A:
Not a bad suggestion Death.
In the mean time, here are a few suggestions for you.
1) Most people looking to do dungeons advertise it via map chat either at the dungeon region or Lions Arch. I would say Lions Arch is the most successful place for getting a dungeon party together.
2) There is a website and a guild composed of people who help each other out. Here is their forum thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/players/OPERATION-UNION-Bringing-Players-Together/first
3) There is a third party website called ‘http://gw2lfg.com/’ without quotations. It could help you find a party.
Good luck!
Berkut
I’m always up for story and Berkut’s suggestion of gw2lfg.com is the way to go to get some assist. I’ve tried on numerous occasion to use the ingame group finder and for some odd reason its a pain. It suck to be in LA typing LFG to get a grp goin.
Hit me up or go to that third party website. (I usually have it up on my tablet while playing this awesome game/way of life. As always,Thanks again ANET!!!)

Story mode is probably something that is more challenging to organize because there is not much incentive in comparison to explorable mode. Most dungeon runners are probably running explorable mode for generating income and/or obtaining tokens for aesthetics/exotic stats. Story mode is mostly there for unlocking explorable mode for hosting an instance or catching up on the lore behind destiny’s edge. Unfortunately, the general population will gravitate towards their own needs. These people likely play for their own personal goals rather than playing because the enjoy each others’ company.
