Daily Dungeons
Between a Warrior and Guardian, I’d say a Guardian is more rare to find.
I used to main a Warrior and they’re relatively easy to play. You can do some pretty amazing damage with just little effort, especially with a greatsword. However, they also have some quirky builds like Healing Shouts, which makes the Warrior a surprisingly decent group healer!
Guardians, on the other hand, are very supportive. As the name of the profession implies, they usually support other party members with the use of Boons and Virtues. If built and played skillfully, they could be pretty tank-like; meaning you’ll never die unless you really botch up. The downside to the Guardian is that they have a relatively low health pool compared to a Warrior, but they make up for it with their heavy use of their boons and buffs.
Overall, I’d say the Warrior is the easiest to play of the two, but the Guardian to be most rewarding when it comes to doing various kinds of dungeon content. If I had a choice between the two to bring to a group, I’d pick the Guardian first.

Thanks alot, but one last question…which dungeons a guardian is in “demand”,
like how warriors are wanted for COF.
Guardian projectile nullification is pretty useful in most dungeons.
If I had to choose one, I’d say Arah. On demand stability and aegis at many points in any of the paths is very useful.

I have a maxed warrior and guardian. I find guardian to be the most useful in the hardest dungeons. 30+ fractals and Arah.
Since I rarely PuG with groups that specifically demand certain professions, I don’t really know what is in “demand”.
But a guardian is generally useful in CM, SE, CoE, Arah.
You should focus on the class you enjoy most rather than the one that is the flavour of the month.
Zerker warriors are in huge demand for the 4 warriors / 1 mesmer COF1 speed farming gimmick right now, and it’s bleeding in the other dungeons by less educated players that think this build is OP for dungeoning. I suspect a huge drop in demand when it’s nerfed.
I suggest you stick with guardian if you enjoy the play style. Played well, it can be a huge asset in an average pug, upping the chances of completion for the party and yourself considerably.
On the other hand, don’t force yourself on this class if you don’t like it, there’s plenty of viable setups and you’ll always be able to find a party whatever the class you play. I, for one, will always prefer a good whatever profession rather than a bad heavy armor anytime.
Joining a dungeon-oriented guild should be considered also if you plan to do daily runs, you’ll have a better time playing with a static team rather than taking your chances with a random pug everyday.

both guardians and warriors are pretty common, though for different reasons.
you’d have no trouble finding groups with either one
Notalkingplz (PvE/Spvp) – Guardian
Rough Trade (PvE)/Urok Ashpaw (Spvp) – Engineer
