People discovered berserker gear through CoF back then? I mean it’s a pretty cool armor set on all clases , so they started wearing it and became elitists .

CoF p2’s old DPS check did alot to inspire Zerkdom. The other drive was CoE, especially back when Alpha and Destroyer boss had twice/triple+ health pool sizes, and people realised crit+vigor and dodging could overcome the need for defense and get things done quicker.

Most CoF p1 zerker farmers probably all went to form the champ trains after realising how sucky they were at other dungeons. Unfortunately though, a few have persisted as the ignorant Warrior/Mesmer/Guardian speed clear elitists that still mistakenly believe Herndred Blerds and GS camping is top DPS and aren’t representative of the knowledgeable, Ele/Thief/Ranger/Necro loving populace of this dungeon subforum.

Yea, that’s true about CoF , i’ve seen some terrible stuff happening there. But I got there too late, they nerfed it just after I leveled my 80 warrior. I didn’t even have the chance to see what were those ’ zerk war only $$$ ping gear’ groups were about lol. I was doing it on my thief with ’ all classes welcome party’ .

It’s a great change overall to dungeons because you get more in less time. But the problem is that there’s a limit of paths you can do. Capped at 15g a day pretty much ( for me).

I necro’ed the thread because I was browsing the net and found it. Considering he didn’t have a single reply , I felt bad for not responding. Even my troll threads get 1k viewvs+ and 20 QQ’s so it’s not fair for him
